Height: 1.37m-1.45m. Color: Generally dark bay, also chestnut, gray. This is a stocky animal, well-built, with a large head, short neck, broad chest, and muscular legs. Distribution: Diourbel (former Baol) region, Senegal. It is docile, undemanding, and rustic. It has good endurance and is very resilient to heat. It is well suited to farm work, and it is often harnessed. This native breed has not been counted.
